Beginner Wind Band | Friday, 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Our beginner wind band for brass, woodwind and percussion players. Once you can play 5 notes, there is a place for you in this ensemble.
Intermediate Band | Friday, 4.30pm – 6pm
Our training wind band for players of Grade 2 to 5 standard. A wide range of musical styles are played in an exciting setting. Develop your musical ability and make new friends at the same time.
Bexley Youth Band | Friday, 6pm – 8pm
Our advanced wind band for woodwind, brass and percussion players of Grade 5+ standard. The classic wind band repertoire is studied together with show selections, popular medleys and the latest wind band compositions.
Bexley Band | Tuesday, 7.40pm – 9.40pm
A fun and sociable group for adults of any age. Ability is not a priority in the Bexley Band – participation is the key. Adult beginners can be catered for with adapted parts. This band really enjoys performing in regular concerts throughout the year.
Little Big Band | Thursday, 7pm – 8pm
The group for lovers of big band music. Players are accepted from Grade 5 standard; saxophone, trumpet and trombone players are especially welcome. Participants are of school age up to age 18.
Steel Pan Band | Friday, 6pm – 7pm
Bexley Music's Steel Pan Band! A fun and exciting Steel Pan Band for children in school years 4 – 9 (ages 8-14).
